Rental terms

Dear Customers,

VIP Mercedes Transfer Team is doing everything possible to provide you with the premium level of service. Below you will find a detailed description of terms and conditions for renting a car with the driver.

1. Booking of a car is done by the indicated phone numbers, or by e-mail info@mercedes-transfer.com, at least 2 hours before car delivery.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for limousine rental.

2. Please provide the most advanced order information:
• estimated date and time of order;
• type of service (transfer from / to the airport or around the city; hourly rent; long-distance trip, etc.);
• flight or train number;
• desired name on the meeting plate;
• number of passengers;
• special requests.

Thus, you help the manager to formulate an optimal offer in the shortest possible time.

3. Payment is made in cash to the driver, if necessary, other payment methods are discussed. Payment is accepted in UAH, USD or EUR.
4. Long-distance (intercity trips) trips are booked only with 50% or 100% prepayment on a Privat Bank card or by transfer via WesternUnion, MoneyGram.
5. The cost of transfer from / to the airport is fixed for each car. The tariff is valid for Zhuliany Airport (IEV) and Boryspil (KBP).
6. Transfer cost includes:
• meeting with the driver in the arrival hall with a nameplate;
• free waiting up to 1 hour in case of flight delay;
• transfer to any address in Kiev.

If your destination is outside of Kiev, our manager will kindly provide a calculation of the final cost with a detailed description of the tariff.

7. The minimum fare for city trips includes two hours of use + car delivery.
8. Long-distance trips are counted by the number of kilometers, taling into account the return road for a car to Kiev.
9. In the case of a long intercity trip, the client additionally pays for meals and driver’s accommodation in the hotel. The daily rate of accommodation and meals for the driver is discussed additionally with the manager. In most cases, the cost of food and accommodation for the driver is $ 50 per day.
10. Please reserve transport no later than 23:00 – 00:00 if you need a car on the same day.
11. Orders placed after 00:00 will be processed after 08:00 in the morning.

We value the time of our customers and we are very pleased when customers reciprocate with us! Please feel free to cancel a car in the situation when it is necessary.

We do not apply penalties in case of cancellation of the car in 2 to 3 hours before car delivery. If you had to cancel the order less than 2 hours before the planned trip, we are forced to ask you for compensation in the amount of the minimum order (2 hours + car delivery).

If the minimum order is not compensated, cooperation with such a client is terminated.
